It generates a beep when washing machine indicates abnormal display. If not connected in 10 min, it turns off automatically. Because the phenomenon may not be a fault, please check it again before sending the machine for repair. In the case of failure, please consult the maintenance department. Be sure not to disassemble and repair the machine without permission.

E1: Low flow at the faucet. Inclease water supply, press START / PAUSE key. The faucet is closed. Turn the faucet on, press START/PAUSE key. Water inlet filter net is blocked. Clean filter net, press START/PAUSE key.

E2: Top cover is opened as the reservation course starts. Close top cover. Top cover is not closed during spin drying. Close top cover.

E3: The drain position is relatively high. Adjust drain hose properly, press START/PAUSE key. The end of drain hose is blocked. Clean drain hose, press START/PAUSE key. Drain hose is folded/ crumpled/tied. Clean drain hose, press START/PAUSE key.

E4: Washing machine inclines or is shaky. Washing machine place the horizontally with adjusting the foots. The clothing is lopsided. Distribute the clothing evenly.

E5: Draining position is relatively high. Lower down the drain hose, press START/PAUSE button. Drainage hose is frozen or blocked. Defreeze/unblock drainage hose, press START/PAUSE button. Drainage hose is bent, squeezed, tangled. Smooth out drainage hose, press START/PAUSE button.

E7: Lid do not close when safety lock is on. Close the lid in 10s and program will resume itself; if lid is still open after 10s, machine will start draining. To resume, deselect SAFETY LOCK mode.

C2: Water level sensor shows an abnormal level. Water level sensor shows an abnormal level.

U9: Top cover opened in the situation of CHILD LOCK. Turn the power off, and take it from the top. CHILD LOCK is not released, unless you reset it manually.

EC6: Clutch mechanism failure, Main board defective, Wiring/connection problem.

Your tumble dryer is equipped with a built-in fault detection system, indicated by a combination of lashing operation lights. The most common failure codes are shown below.

  • E03: Empty the water tank, if problem does not solved, contact the nearest authorised service agent.
  • E08: There may be voltage fluctuation in mains.Wait until voltage is appropriate for working range.
  • E04, E05, E06: Contact the nearest authorised service agent.

  • E01: Abnormal water supply
  • E02: Abnormal door lock
  • E03: Abnormal draning
  • E04: Unbalance alarm
  • C**: Turn of the power and pull out power plug. After waiting for 1 minute, plug the power plug, turn the washing machine on.

Troubleshooting

If your Washing Machine is not operating as expected, you may find a simple solution listed in the table below. If your Washing Machine is not working and one or more of the indicator lights are flashing, this means that the automatic error detection system has diagnosed a fault.

Your Washing Machine is not draining water. The drain hose is bent, twisted, kinked or trapped. Check the drain hose and straighten out any kinks, twists or bends.
Your Washing Machine is vibratingThe feet of your machine are not correctly adjusted. Adjust the feet.
There is excessive foam in the detergent drawerToo much detergent has been used. Press the Start/Pause button. To stop the foam, dilute one tablespoon of softener into 1/2 litre of water and pour into the detergent drawer. Press the Start/Pause button after 5-10 mins.
There is excessive foam in the detergent drawerThe wrong detergent has been used. Only use detergents produced for automatic Washing Machines.
The washing result is not as expectedYour laundry is too dirty for the programme you’ve selected. Use the information on pages 25 to 30 to select the most appropriate programme.
The water from the machine is drained as soon as it is filledThe end of the water drain hose may be too low. Check that the drain hose is at a suitable height.
The spin cycle does not take placeThe in-built sensor has prevented your Washing Machine from operating with an out-of-balance load. Avoid small wash loads containing items that could become heavy through water absorption.

Cleaning

Filters

Water Inlet Filters:

Water inlet filters prevent dirt and foreign materials from entering your machine. It is recommended that these filters are cleaned when your machine is unable to receive sufficient water, although your water supply is on and the tap is open.

To clean the water inlet filters:

  1. Unscrew the water inlet hose from the Washing Machine by turning the hose anticlockwise and gently pulling.
  2. To remove the water inlet filter from the water inlet valve, use a pair of long-nosed pliers to gently pull on the plastic bar in the filter.
  3. Clean the filter thoroughly with a soft brush, wash with soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  4. Re-insert the filter by gently pushing it back into place.

A second water inlet filter is located in the tap end of the water inlet hose. To remove the second water inlet filter:

  1. Use a pair of long-nosed pliers to gently pull on the plastic bar in the filter.
  2. Clean the filter thoroughly with a soft brush and wash with soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Re-insert the filter by gently pushing it back into place.

Pump Filter:

The pump filter system in your Washing Machine prolongs the life of the pump by preventing lint from entering your machine. We recommend that you clean the pump filter every 2-3 months. The pump filter is located behind the cover on the front-lower right corner.

CAUTION: The water in the pump may be hot, wait for it cool before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.

Cleaning the Pump Filter:

  1. Before opening the filter cover, place a container under the filter cover to collect any water left in the machine. Pull the top of the cover forwards using the finger groove, until the pump filter is fully exposed
  2. Loosen the filter by turning anti-clockwise and remove by pulling. Wait for the water to drain.
  3. Remove any foreign materials from the filter with a soft brush.
  4. Move the pump by hand to check that it rotates freely.
  5. Clean the pump with a soft brush.

After Cleaning:

  1. Re-fit the filter by inserting it and turning clockwise.
  2. Close the filter cover.
