When facing an error code with your Indesit dishwasher we suggest you note down the code and simply run a check using the error code list below. This helps you figure out the issue at home rather than going around with a huge appliance trying to get it fixed.
Codes List
A01: Water in base. Leaking.
A02: Solenoid. Valve failure.
A03: Failure to drain (time). Faulty pump or blockage preventing drain.
A04: NTC faulty.
A05: Filters blocked. Filter cleaning cycle failed.
A06: Fill failure. No water intake or valve faulty.
A08: Heating failure. Thermistor not attached or faulty.
A09: Software. Replace PCB.
A10: Element. Heating element open circuit.
A12: Hardware. Display module comms error.
A13: Dispenser Triac fault, Wash Cycle completes but with Dispenser Lid not functioning correctly.
H20: Static ‘Fill Time exceeding 6 minutes.

Whenever the appliance fails to work, check for a solution from the following list before calling for Assistance.

The dishwasher does not start or cannot be controlled. | 1.Switch off the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button, switch it back on after approximately one minute and reset the program. 2.The appliance has not been plugged in properly. 3.The dishwasher door has not been shut properly. |
The door won’t close. | The lock was released. Strongly push the door until a “clacking” noise is heard. |
No water drains from the dishwasher. | 1.The dishwasher cycle has not finished yet. 2.The water drain hose is bent (see Installation). 3.The drain duct is blocked. 4.The filter is clogged up with food residues. |
The dishwasher is too noisy. | 1.The dishes are rattling against each other or against the sprayer arms. 2.An excessive amount of foam has been produced: the detergent has not been measured out correctly or it is not suitable for use in dishwashers. |
The dishes and glasses are covered in a white film or limescale deposits. | 1.The level of refined salt is low or the dosage setting is not suited to the hardness of the water (see Rinse aid and salt.) 2.The lid on the salt dispenser was not closed properly. 3.The rinse aid has been used up or the dosage is too low |
